At our March meeting we welcomed Amanda Coghill, Development Officer from North Highlands & Islands climate Hub (www.nhclimatehub.co.uk) who have been funded by the Scottish Government for three years with a remit to engage with existing climate projects throughout the region and help other groups embed climate action in their activities. They will also encourage community groups to start new projects such as tool libraries, repair cafes and community growing projects. They are co-ordinating the Highland Climate Festival which will take place throughout the region from 25th June. . .
