David Hannah, aged 75, from Ardgay has done four sponsored walks to fundraise for Highland Senior Citizens Network, as part of the āalternativeā Great Wilderness Challenge for 2021.
During June, July and August David conquered: Maol Chalaisgeig (Ullapool Hill) 301 m; Dun Caan on Raasay 444m; Heabhal on Barra 384m; Carn Chuinneag, both tops 830 & 838 m. David Hannah said, āA big thank you to all who sponsored my efforts, from Ardgay, Bonar Bridge and many other places in the world including USA and Australia. I managed to raise over Ā£200, a fantastic amount given this year. . .
