At a well-attended AGM in May, seven new members stepped in to join the management committee, and thanks were given to the long-serving members who stepped down.
During 2023-2024 the management committee, with much appreciated assistance from VGS, have been working through the process of changing the hall from an ordinary charity to a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organization (SCIO). An EGM was held in April, attended by hall users and local residents, at which the motions to conclude the process and adopt the new SCIO constitution were approved.
