On Friday 21st June Gearrchoille Community Wood Ardgay celebrated 20 years since it was formed to take ownership of the wood on behalf of the local community.

A gathering was held in the wood with a number of events to mark this anniversary. These included moth ID, lichen safari, pond dipping, bug hunts, transplanting tree seedlings, and various crafts and games.
