Thanks to funding from Think Health Think Nature and KoSDT – allowing for a skills and qualification gap to be filled within remote rural Sutherland – for instructing and leading paddleboarding sessions with Sutherland Girls on Boards (KoSDT Project) and on a freelance basis. This funding reduced the barriers to gaining the appropriate qualifications and experience for leading paddleboarding sessions for three people via the Water Skills Academy (WSA).
