With longer days and warmer weather, this season there will be more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Why not visit some of the wonderful waterfalls we can find around the area? Or maybe a walk at the Gearrchoille Wood Ardgay, which is celebrating 20 years in community ownership. We can choose to exercise outdoors to get the benefits of both nature. . .
