Rebecca Dunphy (27) was born and raised on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. She came to Scotland in 2019 to do some work with HIE and soon after decided to move here. She works for the Lairg & District Learning Centre (LDLC) and the Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust (KoSDT).
