Items discussed at recent meetings of Ardgay & District Community Council included plans for Jubilee Hill tree planting, proposed local Wind Farm developments, introduction of a speed restriction on the Ardgay - Bonar straight, and the climate emergency.
J ubilee Hill:
The Community Council continues to liase with Amanda Ophof of Scottish Forestry. She confirms that she has met with the Balnagown Estates factor, and reports that a regeneration plan is now being considered. We hope to hear more details soon.
Wind Farms:
Brookfield Renewables recently had an exhibition in Ardgay about proposals for development at Braelangwell. . .
