These are the issues Ardgay & District Community Council members have been working on in the last quarter.
20 mph speed limits: The signage for this is now in place and we hope it will make the village a safer place for pedestrians and cyclists. We have approached The Highland Council with a request for flashing speed limit reminder signs and, in addition, to ask again that the stretch of road leading from Ardgay to Gledfield school should be included in 20mph zone. In many ways, this is the most important stretch of road to have. . .
