Recent visitors to Dornoch beach car park cannot have failed to notice the new Cadogan Lifeboat Station which was named and opened by Lord and Lady Cadogan last year and has already been involved in three incidents. This imposing building will provide a base for a new much larger boat, launching tractor and the current 5mtr boat, which is being retained to enable the East Sutherland Rescue Association to meet its commitment to covering the inland waters of Sutherland and. . .
