Following consideration at the North Planning Applications Committee, Highland Council members agreed to recommend the application from KoSDT to develop overnight parking facilities for motorhomes, at a site adjacent to the Bonar Bridge public toilets, for approval.
However, as there is an objection from SEPA on the grounds of risk to life due to flooding, the application will have to be referred to Scottish Government Ministers for their consideration as set out under Category 2 of Planning. . .
