Creich & Kincardine with Lairg & Rogart Branch of the Royal British Legion Scotland hosted the final whist drive before Christmas in Bonar Bridge, a successful evening and our thanks go to everyone who supported it in any way. The Sutherland focus for Armed Forces Day will be at Ferrycroft in Lairg this year, and the Branch will be helping the Friends of Sutherland Veterans and the Lord-Lieutenant’s team to organise the event. This will be on the morning of Saturday 29th June, and will be followed by a buffet lunch. More details will be advertised locally nearer. . .
